SHIPPING & RETURN | STORE POLICY
If there is an issue with your products once you receive them be sure to contact us within 1-4 days. If you do not contact in that time frame we cannot help you.
We ship out orders twice a week. Our shipping days are Monday or Tuesday and Thursday or Friday.
Please be mindful that USPS has been having severe delays with shipments due to covid and other issues. Your package may take longer than normal to arrive.
SHIPPING FEES ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT.
NAYA'S BEAUTY BAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS! If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received it, you must take that up with USPS. Items are processed within 7-10 days. All items are shipped through USPS and take approximately 3-5 business days (May be longer due to COVID). Your tracking number will be available once your package has shipped.
Once your package is out of our (Naya's Beauty Bar) possession, it is now USPS responsibility to get your package to you. If there are any shipping/transit issues please contact USPS.
ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING. NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. It's usually not that long, it just depends on the amount of orders we have at the time.
WE DO OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. ALL WHOLESALE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL. REGULAR PURCHASE ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS MAIL. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE UP TO 6-10 DAYS FOR SHIPPING.
